We process personal data of users exclusively in accordance with the service agreement and signed NDA.

The scope, type, and method of processing personal data are limited to what is necessary for fulfilling contractual obligations, system operation, and providing the contracted services.

2. account, authorization, and access management information;
3. business and technical data entered or generated by the user using the system.

Within the use of the Services, the system may automatically process certain technical and operational data (such as device, network, IP address, and system activity data), exclusively to ensure functionality, security, stability, and improvement of the Services, in accordance with the agreement and NDA.

Source Code Solutions DOO:

1. does not use user data for purposes not defined in the agreement;

3. does not share data with third parties except as provided by agreement, law, or with explicit user consent.

All user data is considered confidential information under the signed NDA and is protected with appropriate technical and organizational measures.
